1. Cancellation by Attendee
1.1 Refund Schedule
Refunds for cancellations initiated by ticket holders will be processed according to the following schedule:

2. Cancellation by Organizers
2.1 Complete Event Cancellation
- 100% refund of ticket price including all fees
- Refund initiated automatically within 48 hours
- No action required from ticket holders
- Notification via email and SMS
2.2 Partial Cancellation/Rescheduling
- Specific day/performance cancellation: Proportional refund offered
- Date change: Option to attend new date or full refund
- Venue change within same city: No refund, tickets remain valid
- Venue change to different city: Full refund option available
3. Special Circumstances
3.1 Force Majeure Events
In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Security threats or civil unrest
- Pandemic-related restrictions
Policy: Full refund minus payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) will be provided.
3.2 Medical Emergencies
For cancellations due to medical emergencies (with valid medical certificate):
- More than 7 days before event: 90% refund
- Less than 7 days before event: 50% refund
- Medical certificate must be submitted within 48 hours of cancellation request
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Convenience/booking fees
- Payment gateway charges
- Merchandise purchases
- Food and beverage pre-orders
- Parking fees
- Workshop or masterclass fees (separate policy applies)
5. Ticket Transfer Policy
5.1 Transfer Guidelines
- Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event
- Transfer request must be sent via email with both parties' consent
- Transfer fee of ₹50 per ticket applies
- Group bookings can only be transferred as a complete package
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Digital Wallets: 24-48 hours
7. Group Bookings & Corporate Tickets
- Group bookings (10+ tickets) have different cancellation terms
- Corporate bookings require 45 days advance notice for cancellation
- Partial cancellation of group bookings not permitted
- Contact our corporate desk for specific terms
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding refunds:
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of the transaction
- Provide all relevant documentation and booking details
- Allow 7-10 business days for investigation
- Final decision will be communicated via email
